The Medical Record Department are responsible for the management of the centralised patient record system. The department’s role is towards analysing the data information. The department is also responsible for the preparation of medical reports, legal case reports and issuing reports for various requirements. Medical Record Department is located at level 1 beside Admission and Revenue Unit.

Management of Medical Records.
Administration, filing retrieval, storage, maintenance, retention and disposal of the patient medical records (inpatient records, specialist outpatient record, emergency outpatient records, daycare outpatient records, x-ray film and ect.)
Management of Health Management Information System.
Manage coding for clinical diagnosis and procedures, also Hospital Statistic Reports.
Management of Application Medical Reports and Medico-Legal Cases.
Processing medical reports application and managing medico-legal Case (internal/external).
Management of Medical Boards.
Manage medical boards for government and private cases under Government General Order, SOCSO and EPF.
Management of Case-mix System.
Manage demographics and clinical data with coding for clinical diagnosis and procedures, and also Hospital Financial Costing for system analyzing.
